By using SWFL Bake Tracker, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose

SWFL Bake Tracker is provided to help users discover local bake stands and storefronts across Southwest Florida.

Accuracy

Business information, operating hours, products, pricing and availability may change.

Users should verify important information directly with each business.

Community Listings

Bake stands may request to be listed through our website form and a monthly community contribution.

Every submission is manually reviewed.

Submission and/or payment does not guarantee publication.

We may decline, delay, edit, or remove a listing if information is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable for the community.

Listing Contribution & Stripe

Listed bake stands may be asked to pay a small monthly contribution (currently $5/month) to help cover the cost of running the app and related services.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms and billing policies.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for the Stripe subscription are handled through Stripe. You can manage or cancel the subscription from the receipt or customer portal Stripe provides.

If a subscription ends or payment fails, we may pause or remove the related listing until the contribution is active again.

The contribution supports community infrastructure. It is not payment for advertising placement that ranks one baker above another based on who pays more.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Submit fake businesses
• Submit duplicate listings
• Submit misleading information
• Abuse the submission or payment process
• Attempt to interfere with the application or website

Third-Party Links & Services

The app and website may link to Facebook pages, websites, Stripe, and other external services.

SWFL Bake Tracker is not responsible for external content or third-party service outages.

Limitation of Liability

SWFL Bake Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from use of the application, website, listings, or payment processing through Stripe.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove listings or restrict access when necessary, including for guideline violations or unpaid / cancelled listing contributions.

Listing Removal

To request removal of a bake stand listing, visit our Delete Bake Stand / Store page or email paul@swflbaketracker.com.

Cancelling Stripe billing does not automatically delete your listing details from our review inbox; please also request removal if you want your listing taken down.

Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically.
